Maremka Candles - Luxury Highly Fragranced Soy Wax Candles

Placing an Order:

Place an order from the Maremka website by entering the Shop Online page. Select a product by clicking on the image and this will then take you through to the product details. Then simply select quantity and fragrance from the drop down option boxes and when your selection is completed press the Add to Cart button.
This will then take you through to your personal Shopping Cart where postage and packing is added then, you can either Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.

Once you have placed your order, we will send an email acknowledgment providing you with a reference number.

Payment:

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and website payments are accepted by Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order. If payment is by Cheque or Postal Order then please contact me via the Contact Me page for ordering instructions and payment details. Please also allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Maremka Candles do not charge VAT on any products, goods or postage.

Packaging:

Your products may arrive in previously used cardboard boxes and packaging as I endeavor to recycle all packaging whenever possible.
All the glass used with Maremka Candles products is reusable and recyclable.
Maremka products are not presented in expensive boxes or packaging as this only adds to the cost of each item and increases the postage weight.

Postage Costs & Delivery:

Please Note: Maremka Candles is based in the UK and will only ship to the UK.
Postage and packing costs are charged as a flat rate of £3.35 for all orders. This postage rate is for UK postcodes only.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcels.

As all Maremka Candles products are freshly made for each order please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
If you should require your order urgently then please Contact Me before ordering to discuss alternative postage rates.

Cancellations & Returns Procedure / Refunds:

If you place an order and wish to cancel this can be done within 24hours of placing your order.
You have 7 days in which to inform Maremka Candles if you are not satisfied with our products, or which are received damaged.
All orders should be checked upon receipt and any missing or wrongly sent items must be reported via the the email form on the Contact Me page.

All products must be returned unused/unlit in original packaging.

Return postage is not refundable.

Maremka Candles will refund or exchange any products you are not satisfied with. If payment was made via PayPal using a Credit or Debit card, the payment will be refunded through PayPal.

All Maremka Candles are hand wicked, hand poured and are not flawless. They may be frosted or cracked but this is the natural characteristics of soy wax and should not be considered as flaws. None of these will detract from their quality as this is what makes all Maremka products unique.

All information given to Maremka Candles is strictly confidential and under no circumstances is it shared or passed on to any other parties.
